I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you about an unfortunate development regarding our upcoming 2023-2024 MSH Winter Hockey League season.
Despite our best efforts and the enthusiasm shown by many of you who registered, we have not been able to secure the minimum number of participants required to proceed with the league as planned. It is with a heavy heart that I must announce the cancellation of the 2023-2024 MSH Winter Hockey League.
I want to extend my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, and I want to express my deep gratitude to all of you who showed interest in being a part of our inaugural league. Your support means a lot to us, and it is disappointing that we cannot move forward this season.
I want to assure you that this setback will not deter us. We remain committed to bringing the MSH Winter Hockey League to life, and I personally pledge to work tirelessly to ensure its successful launch in the next season and for many more seasons to come.
As a token of our appreciation for your understanding and support, we would like to offer you 2 free Sunday Coed Shinny games with MSH. To claim this offer, please respond to this email with your name and registration details, so we can add the credit to your account.
Furthermore, for those of you who have already paid your league dues, rest assured that you will be reimbursed promptly. We are currently processing refunds, and you can expect to see the funds returned to your account within the next few business days.
Once again, I deeply apologize for the disappointment this cancellation may bring, but I remain optimistic about the future of the MSH Winter Hockey League. Your continued support and understanding are invaluable to us as we work to build a thriving hockey community.
If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We appreciate your patience and look forward to having you join us in the future as we strive to make the MSH Winter Hockey League a reality.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Sincerely,
Jason
